Weenvo is a Wrike alternative for teams of 10–100 that need timesheets, documentation and meetings on one plan. Wrike is deeper in resource planning and proofing, but has no document or wiki object and starts at $25 per user list price for a 30-person team. Below: features, cost for 30 users, and when Wrike still wins.
Wrike is the enterprise tool in this series. Portfolios, resource bookings, job roles, structured request intake, proofing with approvals: these are the things a PMO asks for when several hundred people share one system, and Wrike has built them well. Two things are missing that smaller teams notice quickly. There is no document, page or wiki object anywhere in the product. And the plan that fits a 30-person team starts at $25 per user per month. This article measures both, prices them for 30 users, and names the organisations for which Wrike remains the right answer.
What Wrike does well
Depth in planning. Gantt charts and project portfolio management begin on the Team plan; workload charts, effort allocation and resource assignment arrive on Business; resource bookings, budgeting with billable hours, job roles and a utilisation dashboard are on Pinnacle. That is a complete resource-management stack, and few competitors have one.
Intake is structured: request forms on Business feed work into the right project with the right fields. Proofing and approval of files are built in, which is why marketing and creative departments pick Wrike. Custom item types let a PMO model its own objects. Spaces give each department its own area.
If the question is "how do we plan the capacity of 400 people across 60 projects", Wrike has a better answer than Weenvo.
What does Wrike not include?
Does Wrike have documents or a wiki?
Wrike’s feature list has no page, document or knowledge-base object. The only document item is a Document Editor for editing attachments in place. Wrike has no dedicated wiki object: teams build a knowledge base from tasks and folders or keep it in a separate tool, so project context lives in two places; Weenvo keeps documentation with version history next to the projects. Wrike’s Whiteboard canvas is a paid add-on at $15 per user per month; Weenvo has a built-in whiteboard (Excalidraw) in documentation.
The 30-person team starts at Business
The Team plan costs $10 per user but is sold for 2 to 15 users. Above that the plan is Business at $25, sold for 5 to 200 users, annual billing only, and self-serve purchase stops at 15 seats — a 30-seat order goes through a sales representative. Seats come in groups of five up to 30 users, and in groups of ten above that.
Security features sit on the quote-only tiers
Time tracking and timesheets begin on Business. SAML single sign-on, two-factor authentication, user audit reports and IP allow-listing begin on Pinnacle, which has no published price. Weenvo offers neither SSO nor two-factor authentication on any plan.

What it costs for a team of 30
Annual billing, 30 users. Wrike prices are published in USD and converted at the ECB reference rate of 20 October 2026 (EUR 1 = USD 1.1215). Weenvo Standard is €10 per user per month with the 15% annual discount applied.
| Set-up | Per year | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Wrike Team ($10, but limited to 15 users) | Not available for 30 users | — |
| Wrike Business (time tracking, timesheets, request forms) | €8,025 | €669 |
| Wrike Pinnacle (SAML, 2FA, budgets, job roles) | Price on request | — |
| Weenvo Standard (timesheets, documentation, meetings included) | €3,060 | €255 |
Business is 2.6 times the price of Weenvo at list price. That buys resource management and proofing Weenvo does not have, and leaves out documentation and meetings, which Weenvo includes. Taxes and billing terms vary; the final figure may differ.
How it works in practice: a 30-person internal PMO
Picture an IT project office in a mid-size company: thirty people, a dozen projects for internal departments, hours reported to finance, one knowledge base for standards and templates. In Weenvo the standards live in the documentation tree, next to the projects they govern. Each department gets a workspace and sees only its own projects. Project managers log time in the task card; on Friday the PMO lead opens the week’s timesheet grouped by project manager and accepts or returns it. The monthly steering committee is a meeting in Weenvo: agenda items with owners, decisions recorded during the session, minutes e-mailed to department heads, the hour logged against the meeting.

In Wrike the same office runs projects, workload and intake in Business, keeps its standards in a separate wiki tool, writes steering minutes somewhere else, and moves to Pinnacle for SAML. Each piece works. There is no dedicated documentation object.
When Wrike fits better
- The organisation plans capacity across hundreds of people: resource bookings, job roles, utilisation dashboards. Weenvo has no booking tool.
- Creative or marketing teams need file proofing with approvals inside the task. Weenvo does not offer proofing.
- Work arrives as requests from other departments and must be routed by form logic. Wrike’s request forms are mature.
- The team is already on Wrike with trained administrators and keeps documentation elsewhere by choice.

| Company whose documentation must live with its projects | Weenvo |

FAQ
Does Weenvo have a knowledge base?
Yes. Documentation is a tree of sections and subsections with per-section access and version history, and project documentation sits inside each project.
Does Weenvo have resource bookings like Wrike?
No. Weenvo shows time by user, project, client and project manager across periods, which answers "who worked on what"; it has no capacity-booking tool. Test your planning scenario in the demo before deciding.
Is timesheet approval included on every Weenvo plan?
Yes, including Free: a manager accepts a timesheet or returns it for correction, and the period can be locked.
Does Weenvo publish all its prices?
Free and Standard are published; Enterprise, for 100 users and more, is priced on request.
Can Weenvo be self-hosted?
The published plans are cloud. Enterprise is priced on request; ask about deployment options when you book a demo.
