Enterprise Work Management Platform
Weenvo is an enterprise work management platform for organisations of 500 or more people. Projects and tasks, timesheets with approval, meetings with recorded decisions, documentation, forms and an employee portal are one product. The API, Excel import, workspaces and one login for all Weenvo apps are on every plan. The Enterprise plan adds storage, change-history retention and invoice billing.
Key benefits
Company standards as project schemes
A project scheme is the set of task types, statuses, priorities and custom fields that every new project starts from. The project office defines one per project type, and every department’s projects follow it without a training course.
Approved hours to finance
Hours are logged in the task card, approved weekly by the responsible manager and locked per period. Finance receives one Excel export of approved hours by project, department and person.
Departments and contractors separated by workspaces
A workspace is a separate area of the portal with its own menu, projects, documents, members and roles. Departments, shared services and external contractors each work in their own; nobody sees a workspace they do not belong to.
API and Excel import for the existing landscape
The API, on every plan, reads and writes projects, tasks, users, timesheets and reference data. Excel templates load users, projects and open tasks in bulk, with validation and a log.
The pilot workspace is the production workspace
The first department’s workspace is not a sandbox. When the second department joins, nothing is migrated; the shared parts are switched on around what already works.
How a project office runs a dozen projects in Weenvo
An internal project office in a group of several thousand employees runs projects for the business: a warehouse system replacement, a new regional branch, a reporting change demanded by the regulator. Each department that orders a project has a workspace; the project office has its own.
Standards at the top of the tree
The project method, the templates for a charter and a status report, and the definition of done sit at the top of the Documentation tree, with access for every project manager. Each project’s own documents, the charter, the decisions, the acceptance records, live inside the project. A change to the method is one edit with a version; every project manager reads the current one.

One scheme per project type
Infrastructure projects and process projects have different stages, so the office keeps two project schemes in Projects and tasks. A new project is created from the scheme of its type, and its board has the right task types and statuses before anyone adds a task.
Hours in the task card
Project managers and the specialists lent by departments log hours in the task they work on. Every task carries an estimate and the time spent, so the office sees overruns per work package, not per project at month end.

Weekly approval, locked periods
On Friday each project manager opens the weekly timesheet for their project in Time tracking and timesheets, returns what needs a note, accepts the rest. The head of the office locks the week. From then on the figures are the figures.
The monthly steering committee
The monthly steering committee runs in Meetings. Department heads file their agenda items before the meeting. Decisions are recorded during the session with an owner and a date, each one becomes a task in the right workspace, and minutes go to everyone present the same day. The next committee opens with the status of last month’s decisions.

One export to finance
At month end the approved hours by project and department go to Excel in one export. Finance allocates cost to the departments that ordered the work; no one reconciles three timesheet systems.
Integration and data
- The API is on every plan, including Free: projects, tasks, users, timesheets and reference data can be created, read, updated and deleted. See the API page.
- Excel import and export cover users, projects, tasks, timesheets and employee-account data, with validation and a log of every run. See data import and export.
- Cloud-storage integration keeps files where the organisation stores them.
- A custom domain for the portal is available on Standard and Enterprise.
- Weenvo is built on SAP technologies: its applications use OpenUI5, SAP’s open-source UI framework. It runs alongside an SAP landscape without depending on it. SAP and other SAP products mentioned are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE.
Access and control
- One login for all Weenvo apps on every plan.
- Workspaces separate departments, shared services, clients and contractors; a person sees only the workspaces they belong to.
- Roles inside a workspace set who creates projects, who approves timesheets and who reads.
- Documentation access is set per section, so a department reads its own procedures and the company-wide ones above them.
- Change history is kept without limit on Enterprise.
- Hosting is in the cloud. An on-premise option is on the near-term roadmap; ask about it when booking a demo.
Use cases
Internal project office
Standards in one tree, a scheme per project type, approved hours by project, a steering committee with decisions as tasks. See Weenvo for project managers.
Shared-service or IT department serving the business
Requests from departments arrive through a form and are tracked as tasks with the form attached, statuses and deadlines; hours per request show what each department costs. See Weenvo for service desk and support.
Contractors and partners in separate workspaces
An external team works in its own workspace with a limited role and sees that workspace only. Its hours are approved by the same manager as everyone else’s.
Employee portal
Working hours, leave, payslips, documents and surveys in each employee’s own account. See Weenvo for HR teams.

How a pilot works
One department goes first. Its users, projects and open tasks are imported from Excel, its project scheme is set up, and the department works in Weenvo while its old tool stays available. The second department gets its own workspace when it is ready, and the shared parts, the company documentation, the steering committee and the employee portal, are switched on around them. The pilot workspace becomes the production workspace without a second migration.

FAQs
Is there one login for all Weenvo apps?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. A user logs in once and works in every Weenvo application.
Is there an API?
Yes, on every plan: projects, tasks, users, timesheets and reference data. See the API page.
Can we import users and projects from existing systems?
Yes. Export them to Excel and load them through Weenvo’s import templates, which validate the data and log the result. The API covers anything that must sync continuously.
How is data separated between departments?
By workspaces. Each department’s projects, documents and members live in its own workspace; a person sees only the workspaces they belong to, and roles inside the workspace limit what they can do.
Is there an on-premise option?
The published plans are cloud. An on-premise option is on the near-term roadmap; ask about timing when you book a demo.
How is Enterprise priced?
On request, for 100 users or more, with invoice billing. The feature set is the same as Standard; the Enterprise plan adds storage from 100 GB and unlimited change history.
