Work Management Software for Company Leaders
Weenvo is work management software for company leaders who want the state of every project, client and team without asking for status reports. On Monday the director opens project reports by project, client and responsible manager, last week’s hours by person and project, and the decisions from the management meeting. Reports are on every plan.
Key benefits
Every project’s status without asking
The project list shows each project’s status, responsible manager and deadlines. Two projects behind their deadline are visible by name before anyone is called.
Where the hours went
A time report is a report of logged hours grouped by person, project, client or project manager for a period, after the team lead has approved the week. Planned against actual is in the same view.
Decisions tracked to done
The management meeting records each decision with an owner and a date. The next meeting opens with last week’s decisions and their status, so a decision cannot quietly disappear.
One portal, the right visibility per role
A workspace is a separate area of the portal with its own menu, projects, documents and members. Departments and clients each have one; managers see theirs, the director sees all of them.
Monday morning for a managing director
A service company somewhere between a large studio and a mid-sized group runs client projects across several teams and an internal back office. The managing director opens Weenvo before the management meeting.
Projects
The project list in Projects and tasks shows every project with its status, responsible manager and deadline. Two client projects are behind their deadline. The names are on the screen; the question for the meeting is written down before anyone arrives.

Hours
The time report in Time tracking and timesheets shows last week’s hours by person and by project, approved by the team leads on Friday. One client took more hours than planned for the third week running; estimate against actual on that project’s tasks shows which work package. That is the second question.
Clients
The same report grouped by client shows where the company’s time went this month. Read next to the invoices from finance, it says which clients pay for the hours they take.

Decisions
The previous management meeting’s decisions are listed with their owners. One is overdue. It is the first agenda item.
The meeting
The meeting runs in Meetings. Agenda items were filed by their owners on Friday; decisions are recorded during the meeting with an owner and a date; each becomes a task in the right workspace; the minutes go to everyone present when the meeting ends.

The portal
Each department and each key client is a workspace. The director sees all of them from one login, the head of a department sees their department, the client contact sees their client workspace. The company’s standards, from the project method to the travel policy, are in one documentation tree with a version on every page.
Feedback
The quarterly employee survey and the project evaluation surveys that close each client project run through Forms. The results are in the same place as the projects they describe.

The director never asked anyone to prepare a report. The article how Weenvo helps managers monitor team work walks through these views in detail.

FAQs
Can I see every project’s status without asking?
Yes. The project list and reports show status, responsible manager and deadlines for every project the director has access to, at any time.
Can I see hours by person and by project?
Yes. The time report groups approved hours by person, project, client and project manager for any period, with planned against actual.
Do meeting decisions become tasks?
Yes. A decision recorded in a meeting gets an owner and a date, appears in the owner’s task list and is reviewed at the next meeting.
Can I see everything from one place?
Yes. The portal is one entry point for every workspace, project, document and meeting, with one login for all Weenvo apps on every plan.
Can managers see only their own teams?
Yes. Access is set per workspace and per role, so a department head sees their department, a client contact sees their client workspace, and the director sees everything.
Do I need a higher plan for reports?
No. Every feature, including reports and timesheets, is on every plan, including Free.
