Sales and Account Management for Service Companies
Weenvo runs sales and account management for service companies whose selling is presales and keeping clients. Deals are tasks on a board with the team’s own stages, proposals are documents with versions, meetings keep decisions, and a won deal becomes a project in the client’s workspace. Weenvo is not a CRM: no pipeline value, no email integration, no forecasting.
Key benefits
Deals as tasks with your own stages
A deal stage is the status of a deal on the board: new, qualified, proposal sent, negotiation, won or lost. Stages are set in the scheme, each deal has an owner and a next-step date, and the board is the pipeline review.
Proposals and templates with versions
Proposals, rate cards and case descriptions are documentation pages with version history. The template is one page; the proposal sent in March is still readable in its March version when the client comes back in autumn.
Client meetings with written decisions
A discovery call or a negotiation is a meeting with agenda items, decisions recorded during the call and minutes sent to the client. What was promised is on record on both sides.
A won deal becomes the project
Hand-over to delivery is the step in which a won deal becomes a project in the client’s workspace with the scope, the estimates and the documents already attached. The client contact gets access; the delivery team starts from what sales agreed.
From enquiry to kick-off: a deal in a service company
A consultancy or an agency with a small sales and account team, a few partners who sell and a handful of account managers, runs a deal in Weenvo like this.
The enquiry
A prospective client fills in the enquiry form on the website or the account manager enters a referral through the same form. The account manager creates a task on the sales board in Projects and tasks from the submission, attaches the form, sets the stage new and the partner who takes it as owner. The next-step date goes on the calendar.

Qualification and discovery
The discovery call is a meeting in Meetings: agenda items prepared beforehand, the client’s answers and the decisions typed in during the call, minutes sent to the client the same day. The deal moves to qualified.
The proposal
The proposal is written in Documentation from the practice’s template, next to the three last proposals for similar work and the rate card. Every edit keeps a version. When the proposal is sent, the deal moves to proposal sent and the next-step date is the follow-up call.

Negotiation
Scope changes are recorded in the negotiation meeting and reflected in a new version of the proposal. The partner logs the hours spent on the deal in the task card, so at the end of the quarter the firm knows what winning this client cost in presales time.
Won: hand-over
The deal moves to won. A project is created in the client’s workspace from the delivery scheme, with the proposal, the scope and the estimates per phase attached. The client contact is invited to the workspace with a limited role and sees the project, its documents and its meetings, nothing else. The kick-off meeting is scheduled in the same workspace, and the delivery manager opens it with the minutes of the negotiation in front of them.

Account management
For an existing client the account manager reads one report each quarter: hours by project for that client, estimate against actual, the decisions from the last review. The quarterly review is a meeting with the client contact; a decision to extend the retainer becomes a task on the sales board in the stage negotiation.
Lost
A lost deal moves to lost with the reason in the task. The proposal stays in Documentation; the next pitch to a similar client starts from it.

FAQs
Is Weenvo a CRM?
No. Weenvo has no pipeline value, no email integration and no forecasting. It runs the work around selling in a service company: deals as tasks with stages, proposals with versions, client meetings with decisions, and the hand-over of a won deal to delivery.
Can a website enquiry become a deal task?
Yes, in two steps: the enquiry comes in through a Weenvo form shared by link, and the account manager creates the deal task on the sales board with the form attached. A script can do the same through the API.
Can we have our own deal stages?
Yes. Stages are statuses in the scheme of the sales board. The team sets them once and every deal moves through them.
Can we keep proposal templates?
Yes. A proposal template is a documentation page; each proposal is a page with version history, so earlier versions sent to the client are kept.
Does the client get access after the deal is won?
Yes. The won deal becomes a project in the client’s workspace, and the client contact is invited with a limited role that sees that workspace only.
Can we see time per client?
Yes. Presales hours are logged on the deal and delivery hours on the project; time reports group them by client and project for any period.
Can we integrate with a CRM through the API?
The API, on every plan, covers tasks, projects, users and timesheets, so a script can create a deal task from a CRM record or send the won deal back.
