Some existing cloud services describe themselves as All-in-One (Ai1) solutions. However, these services often allow solving a limited range of tasks, and thus the company cannot limit itself to using only this solution.
The main task of Weenvo is to provide a workspace for effective work within the company. In our understanding, the All-in-One solution is a single corporate portal that implements all the necessary business processes, and also has all the necessary functionality for the work of all company employees, interaction with customers/suppliers.
The basis of the whole solution is the Problem. The task has a responsible, workflow, project, deadline, time budget. Since the task has a deadline, you can display it on the calendar, control its deadline and budget. Tasks are created in Projects. To work on projects, you need clear instructions, maintaining project documentation. The Wiki block will help you with this. The Wiki can be made available to everyone on your internal portal, or you can restrict the access of a certain category of employees to certain sections of it. In work, you will need to store files, or use links to your cloud storages. Using our solution, you can broadly connect documents from external storages to the portal or use our cloud storage.
